1. Acceptance

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Gyaanra (“we”, “us”) To confirm: legal entity name and address and covers your use of Gyaanra Snap (the “App”) on iPhone, iPad and Mac. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This Agreement is between you and us only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Where this Agreement conflicts with the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service apply to the extent of the conflict.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not rent, lease, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App, or copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of it, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Using the App

The App helps you find duplicate, similar, screenshot, potentially blurry and burst photos and, at your direction, remove them. Suggestions — including groupings, match labels and Smart Pick selections — are produced automatically and may not always be correct. You decide which photos to remove. Photos removed from the Photos library are moved to Recently Deleted; files removed on Mac are moved to the Trash. Recovery after that depends on Apple's systems and your settings.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

The App is free to download. Optional Gyaanra Snap Pro features are available by auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
  • Free-plan limits (such as the number of photos that can be removed) may change over time.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Review selections before removing photos, and keep backups of photos that matter to you.
  • Only scan photos and files you have the right to access and manage.
  • Do not use the App in violation of any law.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, names and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your photos remain yours; we claim no rights to them.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data. In short, photos are analyzed on your device and are not uploaded to us.

8. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that its suggestions will be accurate. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. To confirm: consumer-law carve-outs for your markets.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including photos), arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To confirm: liability cap and jurisdiction-specific wording.

10. Termination

This Agreement applies until ended by you or us. You can end it by deleting the App. Your rights end automatically if you breach this Agreement. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 continue after termination.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of To confirm: governing law and courts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
